Independent dance artist, practices, teaches, and advocates for explorative methods of dance making. Danced with leading groups in the field of experimental dance, including the Trisha Brown Dance Company (1979-85). Teaching experience spans the range of major colleges, studios and organizations, private practice and individual mentoring throughout the USA, Europe and Australia. Was on the faculty of the European Dance Development Center (EDDC), Arnhem (1990-2002). Has an MFA degree (Dance Research Fellow) from Bennington College, VT, USA.
