Sabine Müller is a movement explorer, bodyworker, dancer and facilitator, continuously curious about the bodymind. Movement, touch, aliveness and presence are key in both her work and her personal life, accompanying her through lighter and heavier times. She loves to share with people the experience of (re-)connecting with our bodies, our movement possibilities, our humanity and the living world that we are part of. Her tools and trainings include many years of dance training (from ballet and modern over ballroom dancing to contemporary and Contact Improvisation), Holistic Dance and Movement Pedagogy, Authentic Movement, Trager® bodywork (psychophysical integration), Nuad Thai Massage, trauma-sensitive somatic approaches and life on Earth, living with health challenges, learning with and from other wonderful beings. Sabine has been teaching bodywork, movement and dance in various contexts for over ten years - from school and university to open workshops, retreats and continuing education programmes. She is based in Vienna, close to the woods that she loves to roam. Website (in German): www.frei-im-koerper.at
